Talking About OCs - My Sona

This is my second entry for Small Web September where I talk a little about OCs, and this time it's my self-insert for the Fields of Mistria game!

I made her based on my existing sona, making her image color and hair color pink. She's also not thin, as she's based after my own body proportions. (I made my OCs bigger sized to cope with body image issues, so it's important!) My Mistria self-insert is also a dog-girl, just because I'm a dog therian, heh.

What's a little tough was deciding on the outfits. I want 1) Make the outfit realistic to IRL farmers, 2) Make her obviously butch, but also cute. I decided to look for references, particularly to the Tiktok account of a real life butch homestead owner Cowboy Jen. My sona came out so cute!

For her wedding tuxedo, I went with grey because the characters I ship myself, and my sona with, Valen and Balor wear white and black tuxedo respectively; so I thought I want to be a middle ground with grey!

I initially made my own sona for my own self, but I now also made her for many butches and masculine presenting / identifying people out there who want to present cutely. Many people admire my sona because of how cute she is, so I want to spread the word of cuteness using her!

I currently plan to make a zine titled "Hyper Cute Butch", about her lore as an OC / self insert, but I'm currently busy... that being said I miss making zines so I will definitely find time to make a new one.
